PHILOSOPHY

Exercise improves, heals and prolongs life. As a result, we believe that personalized training when intervene people’s lives, can maximize its effects. We think that exercise gives us the right tools so we can obtain balance in our life.
We can’t overlook the need for physical movement, because of the sedentary way of living. The majority of our clients are permanent with goals, like the improvement of their cardiovascular endurance, their participation in an athletic event or competition, weight loss, muscular development, and rehabilitation from injuries or chronic disease. We plan your participation in exercise considering all the danger factors. We follow a process of specific stages considering firstly safety issues and then efficiency.

Personal trainer is needed to have scientific education and experience, in order to perceive, evaluate, plan, guide and reevaluate all the data of his clients. Constant education is needed generally in health sector because of the medical history variation of his clients.

Personal training is not only a time limited appointment, but a constant educational process. Trainer doesn’t dispose only his time, but his specialization. A confidence relationship starts to develop between him and the athlete that facilitates the process for reaching the athlete’s goals.

RESULTS

The results come since we have evaluated your personal needs (medical, exercise, nutritional history, goals) and created an exercise plan. Then follows the application, guidance and evaluation of your exercise plan.

There are a lot of factors that the effects depend of, like the initial point of exercise, experience in exercise, age, metabolism, nutrition, genetic predisposition, consistency and the time you are planning to dispose. Moreover, coach must select, balance and apply training content, equipment and training load. Through physical exercise we can achieve:

You should always warm up for a few minutes before beginning any workout, and if at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, light-headed or nauseous, you should immediately discontinue exercising.
