We also train athletes with increased experience and demanding considering conditioning, for example power, speed power, speed endurance, etc. With scientific approach we construct full year planification in professional level in these sports: soccer, basketball, martial arts, tennis, track and field. In elite sports, achieving the higher score, requires a lot of sacrifice.

The athlete should be prepared multi functionally and specifically. Very high kinetic, athletic and spiritual abilities are needed. Inside training content should be included general, specific and competitive exercises, all training means and methods and generally a large training context planned with caution

Athletic performance depends on internal and external factors. Internal factors include physical conditioning (stamina, strength, speed power, speed, flexibility), technique (coordination and mobility abilities), talent, tactics (tactical, sensorimotor, cognitive abilities) and psychological factors (motives, will). External factors include equipment, climate conditions, geophysical conditions and social factors.
And all these factors must be controlled by coach. His work is extremely hard while he tries to structure athlete’s physical condition, sob that he can achieve the best performance.
Coach considers all these professional basic training principles (customizing, periodicity, effective stimulant of training, etc.) and all the basic periods of year’s planification (preparation, sports, transition, energetic restoration)

Sports exams preparation

Moreover, we coach individuals who prepare for sports exams in the Sports University, Military school and Police school. For a sufficient preparation of the candidates, is needed cardiovascular improvement, resistance training, technical development in long and high jump, speed, stamina, athletics generally.

Also, it is important to say that athletics and swimming are not easy to pass and candidates need to organize their training to achieve the limits.
